Accessibility statement
We want everyone, including older people with sight, hearing, movement or memory difficulties, to use this portal. It aims to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA.
What you can do
- Use the site in English, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba or Nigerian Pidgin
- Switch on dark mode or low-data mode from the top bar
- Zoom up to 400% without losing content
- Use a keyboard or screen reader throughout
- Register or get help by phone (0800-NSCC-HELP (0800 6722 4357)) or USSD (*XXX#) without a smartphone
Known limitations
- Some translations are incomplete; English is shown with a notice
- Some wide tables on staff screens need sideways scrolling on small phones
- Testing with screen-reader users is still to be done
